& Conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with phmoney's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and phmoney with respect to your use of the Platform.

1.2 By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by accessing the Platform, or by placing any real-money wager through any game category offered by phmoney — including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, e-sports, and fishing games — you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

1.3 These Terms are written in English, which is an official language of business and legal communication in the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any ambiguity, the English text shall prevail. phmoney may provide translated summaries of these Terms for convenience, but only the English version carries legal effect.

1.4 phmoney reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Access to and use of phmoney is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine Republic Act No. 9487 and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and where access to phmoney is not restricted or prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a phmoney employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or an immediate family member or household member of such a person;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling under its applicable laws;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phmoney or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform during an active self-exclusion period.

2.2 phmoney reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested by phmoney may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.1 To access real-money gaming on phmoney, you must register a single account using accurate, complete, and current personal information. phmoney permits only one (1) account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

3.2 You are required to provide the following information during registration:

• A valid Philippine mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and OTP verification destination;
• A secure password of your choosing, subject to phmoney's minimum password complexity requirements;
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document;
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. phmoney will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify phmoney support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3.4 phmoney reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for refusal.

4.1 phmoney is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all account holders before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts.

4.2 Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Philippine Passport
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

4.3 phmoney may request additional documentation including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence information for accounts demonstrating unusual transaction patterns or as required by applicable law. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation will result in account restriction until compliance is achieved.

5.1 phmoney accepts deposits exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by another person on your behalf — are strictly prohibited and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.

5.2 Approved deposit methods and indicative processing times are as follows:

5.3 phmoney does not accept cryptocurrency deposits, international wire transfers, or credit card payments. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.4 Deposits are credited to your phmoney account balance upon confirmed receipt by phmoney's payment processor. phmoney is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, your bank, or telecommunications infrastructure. In the event of a deposit that does not credit within the expected timeframe, contact phmoney support with your transaction reference number.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phmoney account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including GCash accounts not registered to the account holder — are prohibited. phmoney may reverse and reissue withdrawals to the appropriate account if a misdirection is detected.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Peso (₱200). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts; however, withdrawals above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced due diligence reviews as required by AMLA regulations.

6.3 Withdrawal processing timelines for verified accounts are as follows: GCash — 5 to 15 minutes; Maya — 5 to 15 minutes; Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — 1 to 3 business days. Processing times apply from the moment the withdrawal request is approved, not from the time of submission.

6.4 phmoney reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or in compliance with AMLA freeze orders or PAGCOR directives. Players will be notified of any such delay and the expected resolution timeline.

7.1 phmoney offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms when accepted.

7.2 The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement (playthrough) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period;
• phmoney reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that the player has engaged in low-risk, systematic betting strategies designed to abuse bonus offers;
• Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless the promotion terms explicitly permit combination;
• Only wagers placed using eligible games contribute to wagering requirements; contribution percentages by game type are specified in individual promotion terms.

7.3 phmoney VIP Program rewards are governed by the VIP Program Terms published separately on the Platform. Loyalty points and tier status are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the redemption mechanisms provided on the Platform.

8.1 All games available on phmoney — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, fishing games, and all other titles — are operated by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI Games, PG Soft, Asia Gaming, and SA Gaming. Each provider's games are subject to independent technical certification by recognized testing laboratories confirming compliance with fairness and RNG standards.

8.2 The outcome of each game round is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game elements operated by professional dealers in real-time video studio environments. phmoney does not intervene in or manipulate game outcomes.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round:

• If the game round had not yet commenced when the disconnection occurred, the wager will be returned to the player's balance in full;
• If the game round was in progress and the outcome was determined before disconnection, the outcome stands and winnings (if any) will be credited to the account balance;
• phmoney is not liable for losses caused by the player's internet connectivity, device failure, or interruptions in the player's local network infrastructure.

8.4 Game results, wager records, and win/loss outcomes recorded by phmoney's server logs are final and binding. In any dispute between the player's device display and phmoney's server records, the server records prevail.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phmoney reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the following:

• Registering more than one account on phmoney, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials with or without their consent;
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers;
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or RNG vulnerabilities ("bugs") to obtain unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any multi-player game;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines;
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers through low-risk betting strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional funds;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location or to access phmoney from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider after transactions have been confirmed on phmoney.

10.1 phmoney reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine law;
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or a law enforcement authority;
• Inactivity of the account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Player self-exclusion request submitted through account settings or via support.

10.2 In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, phmoney reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, bonus winnings, or funds linked to fraudulent activity. Legitimate deposited funds not connected to misconduct will be returned to the depositing payment method following completion of any necessary investigation.

10.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their phmoney account may do so by contacting phmoney's 24/7 customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance must be withdrawn to a verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

11.1 phmoney is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features to all account holders:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the player in account settings;
• Session time reminder notifications at player-configurable intervals;

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content; scraping or automated collection of data from the Platform; or use of phmoney's trademarks or brand assets without express written permission.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phmoney's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the claim arose.

13.2 phmoney shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical malfunctions, system interruptions, or Internet connectivity failures outside phmoney's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits phmoney's liability for death or personal injury caused by phmoney's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with phmoney are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792).

14.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phmoney that cannot be resolved through phmoney's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines, or as directed by PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

14.3 For disputes involving amounts below the threshold for court action, phmoney encourages players to first engage phmoney's formal complaint process via support, which targets resolution within five (5) business days.

15.1 phmoney reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to active account holders via the contact information on file (SMS to registered mobile number and/or in-Platform notification) at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phmoney support before the effective date.

15.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at phmoney.club/terms-conditions and includes the effective date at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
